I had a really lovely stay at this hotel! The property is welcoming, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful from the very first moment, always available without ever being intrusive. My room was bright, spacious, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is excellent: easy to get around, close to the main points of interest, and well connected by public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was beyond my expectations. Free room upgrade upon arrival to a really nice and spacious one, free early check-in and late check-out (I arrived at 09:30 am and left at 2:15 pm), very nice staff and a great location on one of the main pedestrian axes in the old town of Pingyao.
