The customer service was good and the food was very enjoyable. The environment was breathtaking. However, there is clear room for improvement in terms of overall hygiene standards. We do intend to return in the future and hope to see these matters addressed.

I thoroughly appreciated the nature around: The monkeys, the birds, the music which pervades the whole area. The staff, headed by a very proactive manager, pride themselves in making the guest feel most welcome. They served excellent breakfast and supper. This place is continually improving in small steps. This is something very heartwarming. The provision of hot showers is an added feature because prior to this improvement, this was something they lacked.
