“Wonderful ❤️🤍”

A happy clean house ideally sized for a large family like mine😅 of 5. A very well equipped house. I love the mubilharios, the size of the walls and The bed and sofa are super comfortable. The landlord is a friendly and patient person, we arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted with a sincere smile on our faces I really recommend it👌🏾

The place was spotless and very well looked after, it had all the amenities we desired. It was perfect for our little getaway in this nice little Italian village.

The house is in a quiet area with a nice view from the balcony. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds are comfortable. Compared to other places we stayed in Italy, there is a very good sound insulation. There is a parking right next to the house. It was chilly when we arrived but the heating worked well. You can walk up to the top of Monte Pendolo which offers an amazing view of Vesuvius and surrounding towns. The communication with the owner was good, everything was as agreed.

“Lovely renovated apartment in an authentic Italian village of Pimonte”

Our stay at Il Vicoletto was absolutely great! We had an amazing time, and this is a lovely, spacious and clean apartment in an authentic Italian village of Pimonte. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and checked up on us several times during our visit, and one of the first days he even brought us fresh vegetables from his garden!! This was so kind and sweet! He doesn’t speak English, but he has his friend/assistant Guido who was the translator. There is a parking spot directly in front of the house, but keep in mind that this whole village is uphill and has narrow streets, so you need a confident/experienced driver, a relatively small car (we had the new Renault Clio) and if it’s a rental car, it’s a good idea to get the extra/full insurance. That being said, we managed to drive around this area for about 10 days and not get a single scratch on the car, which is a miracle considering that Italians drive like absolute maniacs. The apartment is newly renovated l, has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and basically everything you need. We felt really comfortable and cozy there and it was a great base for exploring the Sorrento peninsula, Pompeii and Naples without having to pay so much for accommodation. There are a couple of small grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants in the village of Pimonte, but there are bigger grocery stores like Lidl and Eurospin, about a 20 min drive away in a town called Castellammare di Stabia. In this town there are also other stores, pharmacy, souvenir stores, restaurants etc, and there are really nice beaches close by on the stretch from Castellammare di Stabia to Sorrento. All in all, this place is very cozy and nice, and if you want to have an authentic Italian experience then this is the place for you.
