Location was great, family operated. They do a wonderful job of doing everything The view is amazing from the hotel and the pool We walked down to the township for dinner. We found the walk okay, just had to watch for some traffic

Hotel Philip is in a spectacular position with amazing views. The room and balcony were both large and comfortable. The staff were grand welcoming.
