the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. The establishment is close to shops and fuel and central located. The restaurant on-site, Grotto, was great. Great food and service.

I enjoyed staying there. Staff was very friendly. The cleaners and receptionist friendly. One outstanding person who could go extra mile was Thabiso Shongwe. Ever since we arived at Waterside Lodge, when we phone her friendly voice was hope giving. Whatever we requested, she would communicate quickly so that we get it on time. When I reported that I left my jacket she quickly found out if it was there and kept it safe. While I was trying to thina of someone to courior it for me, she willingly availed herself todo that for me after work. After I provided her with my details she couriord it at her expense before I could provide her with money to cover courior expenses. What impressed me is that, she was wiling to help me even if she would not reimbursed. She spent her time to help the client. I can safely say, she represented institution very well. She proved to be an asset of the institution, as ethics and customer care are important qualities for successful business.
