SUPER-IOR is in a word? More than perfect - Superior. Super easy and super fast check-in. Welcome cookies :) in check-in. Improved administration procedure. Warm and nice rooms (heat-pump desing, temp can be set room by room), double toilets and shower. Superior cleaning (i saw how they do it - better than a 5star hotel). family and dog friendly place. free parking. Close to 3-4 ski resort Kaprun is 5 min by car but ski bus/train is also very close. Ski/boot warming/drying station is free of chage. There is a small bar and washing mashine, too. (surplus but not expensive) In summer the provide bike rental service with superior MTB... Kitchen has everything to do so do not prepare so much frozen food. Hoffe,LIDL, SPAR and others are in a relatively close, so take your time and enjoy the hills and Salzbach (booth are 500m away). They provided kid tool, game and xmax tree for our childrens. Full place is energy efficient, so go green. Woody desing also make you closer to the nature and green... I am sure we will coming back...

On the edge of the village with a beautiful view of the mountains, right next to a cycling path. Close to all the surrounding mountains, ski lifts, restaurants, and spas, yet in a quieter atmosphere. The apartment is new and cozy. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. And most importantly, the hosts are incredibly kind.

Perfect location with a beautiful panoramic view across the mountains. Friendly, kind owners. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to pool, train station, shops and restaurants. Great base to visit beautiful places nearby but also can hike and bike from the doorstep with all the guides and info you need to plan out a variety of walks. Ebike hire on premises was a great addition. The cycle path and easy circular route to Zell am See was a great day out. All cooking equipment needed and plenty of serving dishes and lovely selection of drinking glasses. Funcard gave us free access to the pool which was a couple of minutes walk away, and also discounts at other places - cable cars, crystal park etc.
