Juliearna was amazing, efficient, communicative, and able to juggle her bookings to give us an unexpected upgrade. We ended up in a cottage room, separate from the main hotel building, and the space was fantastic. The bed was large, and very comfortable, with plenty of space. The bathroom was incredibly clean and inviting, the shower pressure and temperature were great. Book in and check out were incredibly simple, and the price represented value for money. There is plenty of parking right outside, and a small but functioning kitchen and decent sized lounge space.
