The property was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was new and very well thought out with regard to design. The position was fantastic. It was very quiet, even though it was a short distance to the beach and cafes and bars. There were even echidnas in the front garden!

Property is a beautiful modern, spotless, with great attention to details with laundry bag, yoga mat and bathroom with first aid kit and sunscreen!! Feels like home. We will be back

This is the best appointed accommodation we have stayed in and Rod, our genial host has thought of everything and then some ! Modern and spotlessly clean Rosalita was a delight. Thank you Rod. Loved the.unusual bird calls in the early morning and the less busy Picnic Bay with its delightful beach.
