This was the perfect escape from the world! The room was nicely decorated with everything I could need, the bed was so comfortable giving me the best sleep I'd had in ages, and it was super quiet and peaceful. It was lovely to have full access to the beautiful garden by the beck - Carol really made me feel at home. Breakfast was good and set me up for a day's walking. The location is great, just a short walk into Pickering, and you can even walk the path directly to Pickering Castle!

Everything was perfect. The welcome was genuinely warm and we were made to feel at home from both Carol and Elliott. The room was spotless and well cared for. The gardens were so beautiful. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful rural and extremely quiet location it only a 20 minute walk into Pickering. Carol was ultra friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable room and a lovely full English.
