Location and the long stay parking permit. A great location for getting off to the coast during the day and enjoying Pickering (with our little dog) during the evening

We have had a super weekend in Pickering and couldn't have chosen better accommodation! The Letter Board exceeded all expectations - so comfortable, warm and tastefully decorated. The beds have been very comfy. Spotless throughout. Excellent location with great pubs, restaurants a deughtful shops at hand. Having a car park permit was really handy, thank you. Explored nearby Helmsley. Delightful with all the Christmas lights. We enjoyed our ride on the Santa Express with our little one. But we have to say that the highlight of our stay was the Letter Board's very own pub! That, we didn't expect. Had such a fun night in there with a few drinks of our own, playing games and darts. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely return with family and hire all three rooms.

Good value for money during the school holidays. The apartment had great amenities and very well decorated. Ideal for 5 adults and a toddler, great kitchen facilities and all other areas a good size. Easy to get the keys and very well explained for parking over message. Otherwise great location, worth wondering through the shops and stopping at all the pubs!
