The location is idyllic , a small quiet well maintained hamlet about four miles from Pickering. There is a small public house two doors from the property that is open for a few evenings a week. A short drive and you are on the magnificent North Yorkshire moors. No stores of any kind but Pickering has all you can need with some very nice places to dine. And of course the North Yorkshire heritage railway with regular trips to Whitby.

Great location in quiet rural area. pub 100yds away, good parking, excellent kitchen and living areas, comfortable beds, log fire with logs, good heating system and towel rail.

The house was gorgeous, felt a little weird having the living room and kitchen upstairs but we soon got used to it. The whole house was furnished tastefully and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil and dish you could need. The beds were quite comfortable as to were the couches and armchair.
