Arrived extremly late due to a terrible multiple pile up closing the motorway for many hours. Excellent communication with hostess Paola, who was very accommodating and provided access including a video of how to find the room when I arrived after midnight. Ample car parking. My Doberman was also very welcome, place is well away from the main road, so safe for pets, provided they are sociable with the resident dogs. Great and individualised breakfast. Made to feel very welcome. Would be happy to stay again and recommend

Corte la Volta is a truly charming agriturismo with exceptionally kind hosts, set right in the middle of the fields. They are genuinely engaged in farming, and the accommodation itself consists of former farm buildings. It’s very interesting, exactly as described and just as it looks in the photos. The hosts are wonderfully warm and welcoming.

A simple, clean, and spacious room with a very large bathroom, part of a stone farmhouse on the outskirts of Piacenza. While the interior was nice, the outdoor spaces were truly the highlight. The expansive, well-kept courtyard had various corners for relaxing. We especially loved the excellent breakfast and the incredibly kind and helpful hosts. While the room lacked a mini-fridge, we had free access to the farmhouse's main kitchen. It’s also an excellent choice for families with children."
