The apartment is fantastic. Contrary to other reviewers who complained about noise, we were in a very quiet apartment facing the courtyard. It was super-clean, very comfortable, nice bathroom, large TV in front of the bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The centre of town is a very short walk away, so the location is excellent. Check out the market, which wends its way from one small piazza to the main cathedral square. But be warned: You must have a phone to check in! The buzzer at the front door doesn't work (we discovered later, after repeated attempts to buzz in!!), and there are no instructions about entry except to phone the owner, who is not on site. So if you are out of phone credit, have an overseas or blocked SIM, dead battery, broken, lost or stolen phone, the property has no plan B to let you in, except to message through booking.com and wait for a response.

We really enjoyed the place, the rooms was perfect for my family, Very good kitchen, toilets are clean... All inside the rooms is well maintenance.

Super location, right next to the centre of Piacenza, very clean and bright place, convention with nearby bar and restaurant (expensive in general outside convention, but wonderful, gourmet-type), cheap parking at 550 metres from the place, host very kind and helpful. You get a present - a small perfume at your choice. If we come again to Piacenza, we would opt for the same place, if available.
