This hotel was a great find! In fact, the room was so big it felt more like an apartment stay. The room was really spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the shower is awesome! High tech with different options and even coloured lights. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the location is awesome... walking distance from the train station and close to one of the main squares. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Antica Piacenza! We arrived a bit early and the hosts were super friendly, letting us check in and have a shower after our long travel. The location is perfect - you can just park and stroll around the downtown area, checking out the shops and restaurants. Antica Piacenza has its own private parking, which is way more convenient than street parking. And the room was spotless! It felt like home right away. The shower was incredible - it had multiple jets, temperature control, and even led lights. It was the perfect way to relax before heading out for aperitif and dinner. Oh, and if you’re reading this review, I want to make sure you know I’m a big fan of family-run businesses. I’ve stayed in many big chain hotels in the States, but this was a totally different experience. It felt more authentic and family-oriented, and I didn’t feel like a customer - I felt like a guest. That’s what really matters when you’re staying in a hotel. So, if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated place near the city center, Antica Piacenza is definitely a place I’d recommend.
