On the morning of my check-in date, they created a whatsapp group regarding my stay going over what time I will arrive at the villa for collecting the keys, going over rules of the stay, the maid service, etc and also provided a direct communication with the villa if any questions or issues that might arise during my stay. There were a few issues that arose but they solved it pretty quick and efficiently. The living room was a nice, cozy area with a smart TV and fast wifi throughout the villa. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there was also a drying machine located at the back of the kitchen (which I did not use though). The bedroom itself was decently sized and comfortable with ample supply of toiletries (except there was no shampoo that I could find). The pool was great and well maintained with two sun lounger chairs, a big beach umbrella and a table and chairs also outside. My villa had a sliding garage door, but noticed that not all villas had that. Lastly, the villa is located in a closed community with a 24hr security guard at the front gate, so its a quiet area and feeling safe. We also noticed there was a fitness center but we also did not use it. Also there is a 7/11 and a bunch of restaurants/bars/massage/etc within a short walking distance, around 5minutes.
