Accommodation was amazing! Friend and attentive staff which became friends by the end of the trip! Beautiful spot, away from the hustle but close enough to trip into town! We had a blast

Everything. Really pleasant room with access to the small pool. Staff very helpful and friendly, including when off duty. Good range of food and plenty of it at breakfast for those with an appreciative appetite of such things. Relaxing beach for walks. Town a short “Grab” away which was ideal as we wanted to explore but also have some quiet which the hotel offered.

Absolutely incredible stay! We had the most amazing time at this hotel, from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt completely relaxed, cared for, and genuinely valued as guests. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more highly! Before arriving, we were a little hesitant after reading a few negative reviews, but after staying here ourselves, I can confidently say either those reviews were wildly exaggerated, or the hotel takes feedback incredibly seriously, because everything was flawless. Let’s start with the breakfast; it was phenomenal. There was a live egg station where you could have them prepared exactly how you like (poached, omelette, fried you name it). The buffet spread was exceptional, featuring both hot and cold dishes, all delicious and beautifully presented. We even had one of the best Pad Thais from the area! Each morning brought a few new dishes while keeping some favorites available; a perfect balance. We loved that we could go kayaking for free as often as we wanted, such a fun and thoughtful touch. The pools were spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and even the coffee at the café was top-notch. One of the highlights was being offered an underwater propeller to use in the pool, such a unique and fun experience ( you can also rent these). I noticed some complaints online about the tide, which honestly baffled me, that’s completely out of the hotel’s control! During our stay, the tide was in most of the time, and it was beautiful. There were also a few comments about mosquitoes due to housekeeping, but of course, the staff have to leave doors open while cleaning for safety and ventilation. It’s really not something to hold against the hotel. All in all, we were blown away by the quality, service, and care this hotel offers. Every part of our stay was exceptional, and we left already planning our return. If you’re considering booking, do it. You’ll be so glad you did.
