We booked a Lux Suite with Jacuzzi for the week with the all inclusive option. The resort itself is on Coconut Island, and the ferry is about 45mins from Phuket airport. The hotel runs a free boat taxi across to the resort every 30mins and the waiting area is nice, with free water and comfy seats. The resort itself is beautiful. It's a small, tropical paradise where the walkways are lined with trees, gardens and the sounds of nature (think frogs at night and water in the day). Our room was great. It had a huge shower, a bath, mini fridge, robes, tv, table and small sofa. The outside area had a sheltered seating area and a private jacuzzi area. The jacuzzi was slightly heated but not hot. It was well lit at night so could use any time of the day. Food. There are two main restaurants and one bar that are part of the all inclusive. The breakfast was great, absolutely loads of options. They did soy/oat milk for hot drinks. The restaurants were fine for vegetarian food, but you'd be limited to the Thai/Indian restaurant if you're vegan as pretty much everything veggie in the Italian had cheese on it. The restaurants also rotate doing buffets on different evenings in the week and this is where we really struggled to get good food. If you're a meat eater, the buffets looked great, but even vegetarians seemed to be forgotten about - let alone vegans. The drinks included in the all inclusive are great. Loved the selection of cocktails. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Mau was such a helpful member of staff at the restaurants and always seemed so friendly. Sky was a delight to meet at the Naka Lounge and gave us some good recommendations. Kyle was our server when we had a private dinner on the beach, he had a great sense of humour and was attentive in making sure we were always topped up for drinks! The gym was well air conditioned, had towels to use and cold water to refill with.

Amazing location, serenity, hospitalizy, facilities and staff, specially Sky & Karen from the kitchen who helepd us organize an unforgetable cooking class experience with the chef Tatar. Big round of thanks to the entire staff: spa, reception, f&b - extremely friendly, kind, calm and professional.

Beautiful picturesque setting. The villas were lovely and spacious with nice furniture. Excellent helpful staff, in particular Ted and Nicholas who helped us out with activities. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was clean everywhere. The music and fire shows were top notch. Edwin who played guitar and sang on the Wednesday was soooo talented and played real crowd pleasers.
