Location okay. Close to shopping and restaurants, Nice with own swimming pool and nice rooms. Rawai beach does not have the best beach, there are many boats, but it can be used. The hosts tried to help us the best they could

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. The property is still in pretty good condition with a BBQ and onsite washing machine. However the condition of the BBQ is quite worn out and can be replaced.
