Room was large and clean, the beds not next to the window. Space to put luggage on and under a concrete low top next to the window where one can organise the packing and there was a hanging rack. Another long hanging table for more stuff plus kettle etc. The good quality mini-fridge. Beds and mostly silence to sleep. The scrambled eggs for breakfast. The building has a nice, fresh, modern design. There was a well lit communal space where we could sit. They gave us a handy map from the thai tourist office to explore the town. There was an actual reception/manager visible and available and who spoke quite good English plus he was attentive to needs and requests.

Clean, tidy room with breakfast included. Breakfast options were a little limited but overall more than fine to get your day started. Friendly staff and a very good location. Next to the Teak Museum which we enjoyed very much and not far from the night market.
