It was a great location close to lots of temples and the night market with clean, comfortable and spacious bungalows set in a leafy, green trees. Good air-conditioning, very comfy bed, drinking water was supplied daily and there was a generous provision of shower gel along with a little gift of fruit daily too. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and the freshly ground Thai coffee was delicious. The lady who runs the homestay is extremely kind and helpful. All the staff are very nice and friendly and daily cleaning is available. Water and cold beer are sold at reception and there's a really delicious restaurant right next door on the corner. It's inexpensive to rent a bike, or scooter, from reception to cycle around, which was very pleasant as Ayutthaya is flat and very pretty. I did an afternoon boat trip through the accommodation which was good too. Highly recommend and very relaxing. A great place to stay.

You get a small, cosy cabin with a veranda and bathroom. This isn't a large fancy hotel, it's a small family run business and is exactly as described. Given the very low price I wasn't sure what to expect - but it had everything we needed for two nights. The rental bikes were a bargain too at just 50THB for the day. The lady running the place puts a selection of fruit on the veranda each morning. You can buy breakfast for a reasonable price, but we didn't. There are also a couple of fridges where you can get chilled water, soft drinks and beer for a fair price too (note, everything is cash only). The location is excellent. You can see one of the large temples, and you are a short walk from lots of things. I thoroughly recommend the night market a few streets away for evening food.

I had a great stay at this accommodation! The location is convenient and easy to find, with nearby access to local attractions and amenities. The space was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.

The location is perfect for visiting. Walking distance from main sites. The comfort of the room and cleanliness are impeccable, the owners very nice and helpful.
