We find this property last minute after looking for other properties but they were all booked we are very happy to find a townhouse with all the facilities and all the modern fixtures that it could provide. Everything was fantastic in the property we had three ensuite bathrooms everything was clean there was a lot of towels there was lots of bedlinen and pillows the hosts were fantastic and brought us sandwiches and coffee when we left. We wish we could’ve stayed longer a perfect place

The property was very modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen facilities are great for cooking providing everything you need. The location was in a place easy enough to get transport around the island. The check in/out was easy, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly providing us with fruit and drinks as an added extra.

Strongly recommended.Great host family! our flight delayed till 10pm. The host family helped us arrange a pickup service, which helped us caught on the last ferry to koh lanta and welcomed our checkin at midnight. Guest house is more than expected. Spacious, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We are so glad to have chosen this guest house. Kitchen with variety of cookware and seasonings. We enjoyed cooking using ingredients from local market nearby. Shower stream is good, water pressure is not weak at all. 10 mins walking to the beautiful beach. Totally relaxed in Sam's House.

This house was brilliant . It had everything we needed . Close to shops and beach . Although we were on shooters so would be a walk if on foot . The only real downside was we could not book it for longer !!
