The hotel is right in the center of the city. The bus from Hanoi literally stops about 700m away which is very convenient. As soon as I made my booking, I reached out to the hotel and got the owner Bonz who was super helpful. I was due to arrive at 3am but the bus was late. She kept in touch and was therr at reception at 4.30am to welcome me. She sent me a whole bunch of tours before I arrived. I picked the ones I wanted and she went ro work booking these for me. It was so simple all I had to do was show up downstairs and wait. She can book anything you want, from tours to bus and give you tips where else to go while in Phong Nha. I didn't get to use the pool but it was very inviting. Deep enough so you don't feel like you are in a kiddy pool.

Great location, amazing staff who are insanely helpful with anything you need! They will rent you mopeds, sort buses. Whatever you need! Definitely recommend.

The staff a super friendly.and helpful with everything, including buying tickets to Honoi for us and organising good beds. The pool is shaded and nice to chill, relax and cool down in after seeing the caves. Added bonus is that it's in the very heart of the action. Excellent for the price
