The owner is brilliant. I think one of the most important things about a hotel when travelling is the staff. Here the women was super communicative, organised scooter rental, cave tours, our bus to Hue and laundry. Also she allowed for a 3am late check in which was ideal. It's also very close to loads of bars and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and kind, from the point of booking to the end of our stay! They really kindly let us check in earlier and we really appreciated that! Only two things that stuck out, one was that it can be quite noisy but we have found this in every place we have stayed in Vietnam thus far. Secondly the bathroom didn’t have a bidet, not a deal breaker but would have been good to have one!
