I just spent one night at Areca Bungalow and I wish I could have stayed longer. Yen, who runs the homestay, is so lovely. Arriving at 4 a.m. by a sleeping bus, she kindly left me a sun lounger with blankets so I could rest while waiting for my reserved room to become available. I enjoyed an excellent pho and black coffee for breakfast with an incredible view! Then she also helped me book my excursions and transportation for the rest of my trip. In short, I was touched by her kindness and thoughtfulness! Thank you again for everything! I wish you a happy New Year and a smooth end to your pregnancy! 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Areca Bungalow in Phong Nha for 3 nights. The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing after days of exploring the caves and countryside. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. The location is great, quiet and easy to get around. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and arrangements.

Yen and her sister were so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond with any questions/needs I had. The Bungalows were walking distance to everything you would need. Very clean and spacious rooms.
