The family who runs the Guesthouse is very nice. But... Location: if, like us, you walk everywhere you go, it's about 30 to 40mn walk to the main sites: museum, Palace, river. The room: could be brighter. I questioned the cleanliness on arrival but the owner offered to clean the room, change the sheets, pillow cases, towels the next day which was nice. The corridors are mopped every day. WiFi: on and off a lot. Bathroom: simple but fine. Value for money: for Phnom Penh it is cheap so you can't expect the Hilton If you're on a tight budget it's fine. As I said, the family is very nice. They will try to make you as happy as possible and sometimes that is as important as having a good room.
