My stay at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh was nothing short of magical — truly deserving of a perfect score. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into a living piece of history, elegantly preserved, yet equipped with every modern comfort. The staff deserve a special mention: they are attentive, gracious, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The reception team welcomed me warmly, and every encounter — whether with concierge, housekeeping, or restaurant staff — was professional, courteous, and memorable. Rooms are tastefully decorated, beautifully furnished with colonial charm, and impeccably clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable everywhere I used it. The pools are serene and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip. The spa was a sanctuary — I felt completely rejuvenated. Even the smallest touches — slippers, bathrobes, toiletries — were of exceptional quality. What I loved most is how the hotel weaves its storied past into your stay: architectural details, historic decor, vintage accents that transport you through time without sacrificing comfort. The restaurants deliver on both ambiance and cuisine, reflecting Cambodia’s royal culinary heritage. In short: Raffles Le Royal is more than a hotel — it’s an experience. I wholeheartedly rate it 10/10 and recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh for an elegant, memorable stay.

The hotel is the most beautiful place in Phnom Penh. It's an institution, and everything is perfected. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful design. The absolute highlight are the beautiful gardens with two pools. Quiet, elegand, and incredibly well kept. Pictures of Jackie O who stayed here in the 60s shows hiw glamoureous it was then and still is today. Staff is incredibly helpful, professional and always attentive

Our stay at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh was nothing short of excellence. The property is steeped in history, having hosted icons like Charles de Gaulle and Jacqueline Kennedy, and it truly lives up to its legendary reputation. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, with immaculately clean rooms and soft linen that made every night a dream. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the warm, heartfelt turn-down service to the seamless assistance provided from booking all the way through our stay. I had previously stayed at Raffles in Siem Reap and thought it was exceptional, but Raffles Le Royal has raised the bar even higher. This was, by far, the best experience, and I will undoubtedly be choosing Raffles for all my future travels.
