Fabulous staff, hotel , location. From pre arriving to during stay the staff were excellent. Rooms organised perfectly for our family with 2 children and a baby . Thankyou Henry.

Everything exceeded our expectations on all levels, the building itself has a long and storied history and we were even given a tour. Jason in the Elephant bar provided an outstanding level of service coupled with an exceptional amount of knowledge and expertise. Would not hesitate to recommend and I hope we can go back again one day soon.

It is Fabulous. The staff were exceptional prior to arrival, on arrival and during our stay especially Henry. The rooms were a good size , comfortable beds and organised as we had requested to accommodate 3 children . The children all received welcome gifts. The hotel is elegant, clean and we enjoyed all the facilities and restaurants.
