The hotel looked opulent with great furnishings in the lobby and reception area. The room was clean with reasonable, comfortable beds. The staff were respectful and helpful.

Everything was exceptional — the staff, the pool, the rooftop restaurant, and the breakfast. It was probably the best hotel we stayed at in all of Southeast Asia.

Lovely comfortable room with a view over Sisowath Quay. The Skybar was very pretty and great to sit at night the restaurant served very good food in the evening. We ate there twice. Nice little pool area and a good gym. Good location with a short walk to the main Sisowath area.
