Very welcoming, greet location. Staff could not do enough for you. Outstanding in every sense. We were on 16th floor, great views and sunrises/sunsets. Roof bar with great view of the Tonle Sap and the Mekong.

Great hotel and excellent staff. Could not fault. Clean, modern room. Great facilities. Great location, short walk from Royal Palace. Very good breakfast. Really good to have washing machines/dryers for customers use. Loved my stay at this hotel. All staff were excellent. Thank you.

Very well-managed hotel. Very clean, and very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast is a very good spread - western, local and even Japanese meals are provided. Dining area also very spacious.
