It wasn’t in the party area (you can still hear the music, but I’m a very light sleeper with noise and I managed). Staff helped us with our things up to the room and down from the room. Someone met us at the pier and carried our rucksacks to the hotel. It was clean. The view from the rooms was cool. We were allowed to check out 1 hour later which was appreciated as we were sick and exhausted. Bed was ok, not the most uncomfortable in our 3 weeks in Thailand. One of the staff members, the male receptionist was a very friendly man and always smiling. I liked the dogs and the cats that were at the property - they were very cute. We got beach towels to borrow. It was an ok stay, considering how expensive Koh Phi Phi is over Christmas.

Stayed only for 1 night in a stop for visiting phiphi islands; Someone from the hotel is waiting for you at pier when you arrive and it's 10-15 min walk from the pier to the location. Saw that they also help with the luggages;
