Perfect location—everything was close by, and the best restaurant on the island was literally just a few steps from the hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped (plus, it had a TV with Netflix!). The owner was incredibly kind, and the sweet cats made the stay even more enjoyable. Hope to come back again!

The hotel is great, you can hardly hear any noise, excellent location, everything is super clean, and the reception and service are very friendly.

The hotel is in a great central location and close to the pier and beaches. Fantastic restaurants and street food are located right across the street, with convenience stores etc nearby. Obviously, there is more luxurious and more expensive accommodation to be found on the island and the Insula is an older style building, but that should be expected when it is located in the more established area of Phi Phi, but having said that, our room was a good size, spotlessly clean and reasonably well appointed. Our room and balcony over looked the main street and we did not experience any noise problems during the night. The staff/owner are welcoming and very friendly. Great value for top location. Highly recommend staying here.

The location well located and room was spacious, clean and we'll burnished. The best was comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure and a hairdryer. Had a small balcony that was nice. Wish they kept a chair there so we could sit outside. Our room had a nice view.

Excellent hotel in town, close to everything you need. The room was big and well maintained, nice balcony with nice view, you have coffee, tea and bottles of water. Even if you ask to not clean the room, you will find at your door replenishment. Owner is very nice and very helpful. Quiet at night even it is in the busiest place in the island. Would definitely book again!
