The stuff were very nice and helped us with our luggage when we arrived and when we left. The receptionist helped us with everything we asked her and always smiled.

From arrival until leaving, the staff were exceptional. It was so good we extended our stay and we upgraded our room when we got there . There is no reason apart from we could . The stay was a christmas present for my son , so why not eh!!!! The pool was amazing. The pool bar staff were great too . The location was fantastic

If you like to party, stay here. It is close to everything. It is well located in the middle of the island. We had a warm welcome from the staff. We did stay close to the party street and staff were kind enough to as if we would like to stay for only for one night to see if the noise won’t bother us. We stayed here before and the noise is bearable.

I loved breakfast and all the meals I had at the hotel. The room was beautiful and really looked like something out of a movie, along with the beautiful view. The staff was always super helpful and very friendly.

Initially, I had booked a standard room, but the receptionist immediately warned us that there would be a lot of noise and it would be difficult to sleep. They offered us other rooms and showed us a total of 4 rooms in the end. We chose a superior room with a sea view (ST04) and ended up paying twice as much as we had originally planned. However, the room was very beautiful, a bit small, but new and nicely furnished, with plenty of drawers and a really cool ceiling. The hotel’s location is excellent—right on the beach and in the heart of the action. The pools have amazing views, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, 10/10, with a lot of variety. We were very satisfied, but I would strongly recommend not staying in a standard room, as you might end up disappointed.
