The location was perfect for us. It was the quieter part of the island, but still close enough, 20 minutes walk, to the centre. At first we thought the bungalows were old fashioned and in need of tlc, however they perfectly suited the vibe of phi phi being a step back in time and on reflection were perfect.

Except the bangalo was little bit outdated, room condition itself isnt too bad. Building room is quite nice. My room was very clean. Love the location without hill but if you have children you would ask for the luggage delivery service. I dont see why people complaining so much about this place.
