1. A scheduled Long-tail boat is provided from Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island to Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort with additional charges.
Depart from Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island to the resort: 11.30 am,13.30 pm, 16.30 pm and 17.30 pm.
Depart from the resort to Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island: 08.00 am, 10.00 am, and 12.30 pm2. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the property.3. Kindly provide all the guests' names and information in English during the booking process.4. Please note the rates on 24 Dec and 31 Dec included a gala dinner.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The resort was amazing. We had an excellent full buffet breakfast every morning. The resort trail to get to the phi phi viewpoints was a great hike through the forest where we saw many different insects and dragons(I think. Or iguanas. Don't know) it was very strenuous for unfit people like us but a fantastic view and definitely worth the trek.

The staff were super friendly and engaging, and there seems to be families that come here often, so staff were engaging with families and children, which was really special to see. The snorkelling right in the beach is incredible, and the beach itself is idyllic. The restaurant makes great food.

The location is amazing, secluded beach only accessible by boat. The beach is super clean and powder sand. It has a great bar by the beach. The food at the restaurant is delicious as is the breakfast. Highly recommended for couples and families as well as anyone who wants to relax and wind down

We booked 3 bungalows, 1 air conditioned and 2 with fans - obviously the air conditioned bungalow was more comfortable but my sons were equally happy in their bungalows. There was nothing to do all day but kick back and relax, eat and drink in the most amazing surroundings. There is a great selection of lovely food. You can take trips from the Resort if you like but we were happy to snorkel and laze on the beach. My husband had a great full body massage. The staff were all great and attentive but we'd like to single out As Ma who really looked after us.

Overall perfect, my only complaint would be the welcoming staff could be a bit more helpful, I have to say on both welcoming and leaving I found them a little rude
