1. A scheduled Long-tail boat is provided from Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island to Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort with additional charges.
Depart from Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island to the resort: 11.30 am,13.30 pm, 16.30 pm and 17.30 pm.
Depart from the resort to Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island: 08.00 am, 10.00 am, and 12.30 pm2. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the property.3. Kindly provide all the guests' names and information in English during the booking process.4. Please note the rates on 24 Dec and 31 Dec included a gala dinner.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Extremely relaxing. Staff were so friendly and so helpful. Carried your cases everywhere for you. Food and drinks were all great. Staff always clean the beach and always have the place extremely clean. View is stunning and hotel offers kayaks, snorkelling equipment and tours directly from the hotel beach. The cocktails were excellent and I had such a relaxing time. The boat transfers are helpful too and they coordinate them with the ferries from the main port which is ideal. Snorkelling was also great and you could see lots of fish around. There is also a walking trail view point up the hill behind the hotel which is a 30 min walk uphill that looks out over phi phi. You can also walk back down to the main pier if you don't want to take a boat. Although it's advised not to walk when it's dark due to snakes. Prices are very reasonable for an excluded hotel as they could charge you whatever you wanted and you would be forced to pay... They also put everything on a large tab for your entire stay which you pay at the end. Extremely handy as you don't have to worry about taking out money/cards. This includes everything you use. Our tab had laundry, drinks, food, snorkelling equipment, room upgrade and massage. My girlfriend would highly recommend the massage - 1 hour massage for under £10

I loved the location, very nice beach for snorkeling, my daughter loved it. Very good and still affordable food at the restaurant, very nice staff, Wawa was the best! Definitely very enjoyable experience. We stayed at the AC cottage. The view itself was so satysfying ...

This resort was absolutely perfect, like a mini paradise and a great mix of relaxation but also a nice bar for the evening.
