We stayed in a three person room for two nights. The location is perfect, smack in the town center near lots of restaurants, and right at the port, but quiet at night. The beds are nice and soft, the room is spacious enough and has a small balcony. The place, floors, linen, bathroom and towels were proper and clean. You can store your bags downstairs if you leave Phi Phi a bit later than checkout. For the price, it was a very good stay.
