“Great location and room very well maintained but reception staff let the place down”

A decent hotel in a great location. Thought it was a bit away from the front ( no place is far away) but once you know the area it’s a great location. Staff at reception were abrupt and more concerned with what was on their phone but the ladies that cleaned the room were brilliant

The room had everything that you needed even though it was on the small side, it was close to everything and while there was some noise until the early hours of the morning it was not unbearable and we just used some earplugs. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely.

Perfect position. Near to beach and all resaturants. Life on Phi-Phi is arround this hotel. Great location. You will hear the music all night :D
