Our family (7 persons) had really beautiful stay in Villa Denis during winter time on 1st january week 2024. We really recommend this time. Weather was excellent (20 degrees), perfect for walking, hiking and suprisingly even for swimming in the sea (water has 19 degrees). Owner was very helpful and always in touch. Kitchen was well-equipped, nothing missed. Please, be aware, there´s no heating system in the house, we've appreciated warmer blankets and thick duvets during the nights. Kids enjoyed fresh lemons from the tree on property and also beatiful cats belonging to the house. Big grocery store was nearby, 3 restaurants even closer and opened during our stay. We made really nice trips to: EDRO III Shipwreck, Avakas Gorge trail, Pafos Zoo, Tombs of the Kings, Latsia and surrounding, Pafos promenade... and there are still much to see. Winter is a season of fresh bananas, oranges and other citruses and exotic fuits. That was perfect. Pool was clean, water was cold, but you can pay extra fee for heating, which was fair to me.
