Excellent studio,super clean and very well equiped,right on the beach front with parking space.Lilian was lovely and welcoming,nothing too much trouble.Will definitly return here.

Superb location, Pevensey has a village feel with cafes and shops and fantastic sea views. Property is perfect size for a couple or singleton like me looking for a clean and comfortable base for their holiday.

I liked the whole experience. Lillian was so friendly and inviting. I didnt need anything but if I did, she would provide it for me. The bed was super comfy, comfiest nights sleep I've ever had. The view was to die for also.
