Perfect location, building and rooms were immaculate - presented to the highest level. Breakfast was fantastic and with generous serving size. The hosts were warm and friendly, but very discreet - how they managed to keep the accommodation so clean and perfectly presented without being seen was magic! Location was ideal to tour Orta and its surroundings, but also was great as a base to explore Maggiore and beyond. An exceptional stay, spoilt only by the week of continuous rain! So we will have to return in the ☀️

The swimming pool was lovely. Excellent views of the lake from the terrace. Breakfast was wonderful.

Fantastic view over the lake, beautiful pool, quiet and relaxing. The room was very clean, the hosts very discreet. Good breakfast!

Great location with amazing view on the lake. Hosts are very welcoming and clearly take care of the property. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. We highly recommend this place.
