The history of the hotel combined with the renovation done is amazing. They've kept the style of the decor, in the restaurant and the ballroom, but the rooms are up to date. The food is really nice ,and the staff is amazing. If you stay at this hotel you will also find their bear family which is a really different touch. They are so funny and cute sitting around the hotel. I am referring to bear toys, don't worry, not real air breathing bears. They are sort of their signature, as the bears have even their own IDs.

I booked this hotel as a part of Transfagarasan-Transalpina road trip, the location was perfect for us. The hotel was really,really good. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The breakfast was excellent! We were quite a big group of people and even tho we came in late, we managed to have dinner and have a good time.
