I dreamed of staying here 3 years ago when I saw the Birds House and how great it looked, from the chairlift, and I thought how great it would be to stay there. And my dream came true, and I was happy :). I wanted to get out of everyday life and relax - here I had the satisfaction of silence, fresh air, and a different magnificent picture of the sunset every evening. The terrace with the huge windows offers an unforgettable landscape. I enjoyed every day spent here, and I want to come back, in any of the seasons.

The location is amazing overseeing the Parang and Retezat mountains on the horizon with breathtaking views. The house is rustic, well equipped for self catering, with a spacious living on the ground floor. We were three families and the space did not feel over crowded. The owner was very helpful, very friendly and a great host. I don't have enough words to express our gratitude. A very smart guy who knows a lot of things. He made such a difference to our stay. Thanks very much!
