Beautiful place near Assisi, with a large garden, trees, outdoor seating and a pool. Our rooms were clean, a bit crowded with beds, but functional. Bathrooms were older, but everything worked. Air conditioning good. Breakfast was adequate, the offer was the same both days, vegetables were missing, but more types of fruit were available. The hotel offers dinner - fixed menu for 25 euros (choice of several types of pasta and meat + dessert), which is however partly variable, as in our case, who are not used to eat as much for dinner. The food was very tasty. The hospitality and willingness of the staff was excellent. If you come with your family, enjoy the pool especially in the morning hours, when it is empty. On our date, it was filled from 3 pm by various company workers who used the hotel as a base for their work stay.

Very nice staff, clean room with good bed and airconditioning! The garden outside with the swimmingpool is amazing! Perfect stay!!
