The property is spacious, has most appliances for your everyday needs, clean and very close to the beach. Its a 5 minute walk from most restaurants in the area yet its still in a quiet neighbourhood.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Separated entrance to the upstairs and so the downstairs, only few steps from the sea, 10 mins from Zadar. We had enough space at the beach for four people and it was easy walk in to the sea, even for the elders. Tough the main beach with bars and shops is also quite close to the house, we used the closest one at the end of the street where I could swim with our dog as well. The apparments are well equipped, air-conditioned up and down as well. Two cars can park in the garden, one in the garage (a berlingo can fit in) and one in front of it (enough space for a passat combi). The fence is high and strudy enough if you travel with dogs. Last but not least, Lidija is super sweet, talkative and helpful!
