Clean and tidy, close to services and shoreline walkway, big box stores, supermarket, train link. Parking outside door. Outdoor chairs.

What I appreciated most was the fantastic location, it’s perfectly situated right by the water, offering beautiful views and easy access to the city and surrounding areas. It made getting around incredibly convenient.

Easy to get to and also to where we needed to be during the day. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants in Petone. Bed was fine, it was warm so didn't need much bedding
