The fine print
All children under 16 years and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pool area including the following policies:- 1 adult in the pool per child below the age of 5 years.
- 1 adult in the pool for 2 children from ages of 5-7 years.For non/weak swimmers of all ages, an adult must be in the pool supervising the child/children at all time. Please refer to club rules for full details on the policy.When travelling with dogs, please note that anti-allergy deep cleaning charges apply:
- GBP 30 for 1 dog
- GBP 50 for 2 dogs
- Additional weekly fee of GBP 50 for stays longer than 7 daysPlease note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room.

The staff here were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble - even offering to carry our bags! Even when I got confused over a different payment, they were patient and efficient! Thank you!!

Well situated for what I needed. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and spa. Had the ability to upgrade the room via email upgrade programme.

We had to swap bedrooms as there was a large rusty hole in the bath. We discovered it after unpacking everything so that was annoying. Our new room was very comfortable and clean. The staff sorted us out immediately upon notifying them.
