The space itself was pleasant..except there was no hot water in the shower (the heater was not even plugged in to the socket - no plug)..what made it a bit unpleasant for me was the communication with the staff..contacted them through the app, was left hanging..called few times..no answer..thought we were getting scammed because there was no instruction or information on how to get to the properties,the keys,the unit number...instead of immediate comnunication after the booking...i had to wait 2 hours after the booking was made and was already at the building..with relentless call..only then someone contacted me through whatsapp with info n intruction...apart from that, the property itself is beautiful especially the view
