The room was lovely, in a secure building and in a fabulous location. The balcony has a lovely view of the lake and the bed was very comfortable. Maria was very helpful. We loved our stay!

Very clean, well polished and professional aesthetic, , good amenities despite the limited resources compared to large hotel chains, location is pretty good as well with quick access to bus, train, ferry. Great view from our personal terrace too. Well worth it's value!

The hotel room was lovely, we have the balcony that had a lovely view of the lake. Great location, central to all the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would come back again.
