Guests expecting to arrive outside check-in hours should contact the property in advance. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Late check-in after 18:00 is available via an automatic check-in machine. An access code will be provided to enter the accommodation.The accommodation facility consists of three double rooms and one quadruple room. The rooms are equipped with a 43/46 inch smart TV, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, soundproof doors, safe, free wi-fi, mini bar. The entrance reception is flanked by the living room which allows you to have work or meeting spaces.The accommodation is located in the center 5 minutes from the sea and the train station, in a restricted traffic zone which is not active from 6am to 9am and from 1pm to 4pm. In case of need for dropping luggage the access is permitted upon request and sending the license plate and documents.Please note the accommodation is on the second floor without a lift.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Its location, 4 min walks from the beach and so central it was closed to lovely cafés and great wine bars! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and beautiful!

Amazing property in the heart of Pescara and just 5 min walk to the beach. The rooms were a good size, very clean, and well equipped. Giovanna was the most caring and friendly host, very responsive and respectful!

Beautiful little guesthouse on a nice street, really well located for the beach, shops and train station. Breakfast is taken in a nearby cafe with a voucher which was nice. Giovanna is really knowledgeable about the city and was able to recommend a bike hire shop. Cycling in Pescara is a must!

Check in was straightforward and contactless (over the phone). Even the stairways were immaculate. Host was thoughtful and put a small gift in our room as we are visiting on our honeymoon. Toiletries were included and bed comfortable. AC is set for you which we found a little warm for us but for others may be fine. Short walk to the beach. Would recommend.
