The location. It’s very close to Pescara train station. Though at first not easy to find. I had downloaded an offline Google Maps of Pescara which helped me to find it. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep. As I had no internet connection I hadn’t been able to receive the email with the pin details. I was very fortunate that while I was waiting outside a staff member arrived and let me in and provided access.

It is just 2min from the central station and about 10min walk to the beachside of the town. It is also very clean and well maintained.

Location was great, close to city centre and Pescara Centrale. Room was spacious with nice terrace. Check-in was smooth andwe could store our luggage here before our room was ready.

It was super clean everything was available, hot water, air condition everything was perfect
