The staff were very friendly and helpful telling us about how to get around and calling a taxi in the morning. The main hotel areas and room were free of noticeable dust and tidy and the room had good Aircon and comfortable pillows. The fridge was a nice touch and usb sockets close to the bed

Location is very good, 15 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk from old town (east of train station) where there are numerous restaurants.
