Sonia was really attentive an caring host. The best I’ve ever had in Italy. She and her husband helped me get some food and water on my first evening, when the nearest shop closed right in front of me — I really appreciated that. 😊 Thank you again for such a lovely and welcoming stay in Perugia. The apartment is very clean, organized, and well-equipped. The view is also beautiful. There is an elevator in the building, security staff, and it is located just a few minutes from the Perugia Railway Station. Additionally, the owner is extremely kind and attentive.

The hosts are very friendly, responsible, and attentive to their guests’ comfort. Location is very good, near mini metro and very accessible to city center. Free private car park on the garage that is very safe. Lots of shops and supermarket around. The apartment is very good and super clean, with all of the kitchen items you need. We recommend it to anyone who visit Perugia.
