The location is wonderful, close to the city center, so you can go on foot. At the same time it is quiet with a beautiful view of the countryside. The rooms are clean and very nicely furnished. The breakfast is excellent. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Amazing, clean room. Staff was super nice and they gave us good tips for visiting the old centre of Perugia. Good location - old city center reached by 10 minutes walking

The rooms and bathroom are really large, with great toiletries and views across the countryside towards Assisi. There was plenty of storage for clothes. Staff are great, very customer focused and more than happy to answer the most stupid of my questions. Breakfasts at 10 euros each and well worth it, they are brilliant, huge amount to choose from, all food needs covered with brilliant coffee too. It's close to the centre of town but if it's really hot, which it was when we were there - that 15 minute walk can seem like forever. We paid 10 euros for parking per night but there is plenty of space around the area to park your car for free, you just have to look for it. Perugia is a MUST visit.
